The PWL Fixed Penalty Notice Holder is double sided so you can keep two types of Fixed Penalty Notice or other forms inside. On one side there is a leather strap across the centre with a keyring and leather loop, also a pouch with popper closers. The other side of the PWL Fixed Penalty Notice Holder has four sets of tighter leather straps and a leather loop. Both sides have a sprung metal clip with a clear plastic divider to place between the document copies to stop bleed from the pages being written to the pages beneath. Closes to one third size when it is fully open.
